  • Do you have WiFi?

    We do have  FREE wireless WiFi located throughout the campground for our guests to access the internet. WiFi can be accessed by using the password provided in your check-in brochure. You may OR may not be able to access the internet directly from your campsite. Because we do not have a charge for this service, we do not provide any technical support.

    *Weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, may cause internet to be inaccessible for an unknown period of time.


    New for 2022!

    We now offer wireless WiFi with 25 mbps service for an additional fee. Availability is limited. If you are intersted, inquire at the office about pricing and availability.  

  • Do you have Seasonal Sites available?

    We currently do not have any openings for seasonal sites. We do have a waiting list. If you would like to be added to the waiting list or have general questions, you can email or call us. 

  • What is check in and check out time?

    Check in time: 1:00 p.m.

     Early check-ins are based on availability at the time. An additional fee of $10 per hour before 1:00 p.m


    Check-out time: 12:00 p.m.

    Late check-outs are based on availability at the time. An additional fee of $25 until 4 p.m. and the camping unit must be moved off the site to overflow parking. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Though we certainly hope you don't, if you find you must cancel your reservation, simply give us the appropriate notice prior to your scheduled arrival date and we will return or transfer your deposit less any processing fees. If you'd like to reschedule your dates, it will be considered a new booking and subject to our cancellation terms. A $25 processing fee will be charged for EACH canceled reservation. Proper cancellation notices (see time frames below) is required to avoid additional charges.


     If cancellation requests are received more than 7 days prior to your arrival, you may receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee per site reservation.


    If cancellation requests are received less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you may receive a refund of 50% of your reservation or you can transfer the reservation to another date within the same camping year with an additional $25 rebooking fee per site reserved at the time of cancellation.


     If cancellation requests are received less than 48hours after the 1:00 p.m.check-inn time of your arrival date, and/or you fail to show, no refund will be given.


    Sadly, even in cases of an emergency, inclement weather, or any other situations affecting your reservation, we cannot refund or transfer deposits when a cancellation occurs without proper notice. Additionally, guests who shorten their stay are liable for charges on canceled nights. 

  • Do you allow pet(s) at your campground?

    Yes! We do allow furry family members to join the fun as long as the owner and pet(s) follow our pet policy. Check out Our Policies to learn more.

  • When does the pool open and close for the season?

    The pool opens for the season on Memorial Day Weekend and the pool closes for the season after the Labor Day Weekend. 

  • Is the Cannon Valley Trail free to ride?

    A wheel pass is required for anyone age 18 and older – using wheels on the Cannon Valley Trail (bicycles, inline skates, skate boards). Hikers, joggers, walkers and people with disabilities using wheel chairs are not required to purchase a pass. YES – E-bikes are allowed! Wheel passes are available at the store for purchase with cash or check only.

  • Do you have access to the Cannon Valley Trail?

    We do not have direct access to the Cannon Valley Bike Trail. You can bike back into town on HWY 19 to get on the trail or there is free parking locations in town next to the trail. 

  • Do you have any primitive tent sites or specific sites for tent camping?

    We currently have two primitive tent sites. Otherwise, you can use any site for one tent. If you are looking to have more than one tent, there is an additional fee of $25 per night for a second tent per site.

  • Can we have a second tent on our campsite?

    For an additional fee of $25 per night, a four-person sleeping tent or smaller may be used as a second camping unit per site. The second camping unit fee does not include additional guests not registered on the reservation.

  • Can we bring Firewood into the campground?

    To help prevent the spread of gypsy moth, emerald ash borer, and oak wilt, NO firewood is allowed from outside of the campground property unless it is purchased from a licensed firewood dealer. Firewood is available for purchase at the store.

  • Do you offer tubing down the river or transportation?

    We do not have access to the river as we are not located on the river. We are close to some outfitters that do offer tubing.  Cannon Falls Canoe & Bike Rental and Welch Mill are great place to start. We also do not offer any transportation.
