[Question]  What is your cancellation policy?

[Answer]  Though we certainly hope you don't, if you find you must cancel your reservation, simply give us the appropriate notice prior to your scheduled arrival date and we will return or transfer your deposit less any processing fees. If you'd like to reschedule your dates, it will be considered a new booking and subject to our cancellation terms. A $25 processing fee will be charged for EACH canceled reservation. Proper cancellation notices (see time frames below) is required to avoid additional charges.

If cancellation requests are received more than 14 days prior to your arrival, you may receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee per site reservation.

If cancellation requests are received less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you may receive a refund of 50% of your reservation or you can transfer the reservation to another date within the same camping year with an additional $25 rebooking fee per site reserved at the time of cancellation.

If cancellation requests are received less than 48 hours of the 1:00 p.m. check in time of your arrival date, and/or you fail to show, no refund will be given.

Sadly, even in cases of an emergency, inclement weather, or any other situations affecting your reservation, we cannot refund or transfer deposits when a cancellation occurs without proper notice. Additionally, guests who shorten their stay are liable for charges on cancelled nights.
