Good camping practices and consideration for your fellow campers will make your stay more enjoyable. Please read the following rules and regulations so you'll know what to expect, and so will your neighbors.

ARRIVAL TIMES
3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

AUTO-COLLECT
A 50 percent deposit is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 3 and under stay free. Pets are welcome.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

CAMPSITE RESERVATIONS
To rent a campsite you must be 21 or older.

Rates are based on one camping unit (RV or Tent) consisting of two adults and two children per site. Additional guests per reservation will be charged $6 per adult and $3 per child when reservation is made. A wristband will be required to be worn for each guest registered on the reservation for the duration of your stay. Other guests coming into the campground not listed on the reservation will be charged a visitor fee. Children 3 and younger are free.

Each reservation includes up to two car passes. Additional car pass fee of $2 per day for more than 2 cars per campsite. Vehicles are required to have a parking pass visible at all times. Vehicles not displaying a valid parking pass are subject to trespassing and will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense without notice.

For an additional fee of $25 per night, a four person tent or smaller, may be used on a site. If a tent is found on a site and has not been paid for, the site the tent is found on will be charged a tent fee of $50 per night without notice.

Two-night minimum stay on non-holiday weekends. At the time of reservation, a 50% deposit of the total reservation for on-line bookings required per site or a $50 deposit for phone reservations required per site.

Three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends. At the time of reservation, a 50% deposit of the total reservation for on-line bookings required per site or a $100 deposit for phone reservations required per site. Weekend rate charged for ALL holiday days.

Rates do not include Minnesota Sales Tax.

All reservations must be paid in full at time of check-in.

A credit card is required to be on file.

We reserve the right to reassign sites if necessary.


CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation requests are received more than 14 days prior to your arrival, you may receive a refund minus a $25 handling fee per site reserved or you can transfer the reservation to another date within the same camping year at the time of cancellation.

If cancellation requests are received less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you may receive a refund minus the reservation deposit per site reserved or you can transfer the reservation to another date within the same camping year for a $25 rebooking fee per site reserved at the time of cancellation.

If cancellation requests are received less than 48 hours of the 3p.m. check in time of your arrival date, and/or you fail to show, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

We are not responsible for weather, illness, work schedules or other situations affecting our guests, and therefore we adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.


VISITORS
ALL VISITORS must STOP, enter the office to register and pay a visitor fee upon arrival. Visitor fees allow entry onto Cannon Falls Campground Property and for the use of the facilities. A wristband will be required to be worn for each visitor for the duration of their visit. A parking pass will be issued and must be displayed on the vehicle’s rear view mirror at all times. Any vehicle not displaying the parking pass will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense without notice.

Day visiting hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (No unregistered visitor entrance after 9 p.m.)

Day visitor fee - $5 per person per day.

Overnight-visitor fee - $10 per person per night.

Over-night visitor’s wristbands are valid until 11 a.m. the following day.

Day visitor’s wristbands are valid until 9 p.m.

Any visitor age 3 or younger is free and no wristband is required.

Unregistered guests and/or without a wristband are subject to trespassing laws.

Maximum of 4 visitors per site. If more than 4 visitors are expected, the campground must give prior approval.

Registered campers are responsible to see that their visitors are registered and that they comply with all campground rules. The registered camper of the campsite where the unregistered visitor is found at will be subject to pay a visitor violation fee of $25 per visitor in violation.


QUIET TIME
Quiet time is strictly enforced from 11 pm until 8:00am.

Loud music is not allowed at any time. Please enjoy your music and allow your neighbors to enjoy their own as well.

Minors must be at their campsite or under adult supervision by 10:00pm.


FIREWOOD & CAMPFIRES
To help prevent the spread of gypsy moth, emerald ash borer and oak wilt, NO firewood is allowed from outside of the campground. Please help us protect our trees and protect the beauty of the campground.

Any firewood found from outside the campground will be removed from possession.

Firewood is available for purchase at the campground.

Goodhue County prohibits firewood from leaving Goodhue County due to local tree infestations. Please comply with County regulations.

Campfires may be built only within the facilities metal fire rings and must be put out before retiring or breaking camp.


DISCOUNTS
Discounts and coupons must be mentioned or applied at time of reservation. They cannot be applied after the reservation has been made. Discounts or other promotional offers cannot be combined and are not valid during holiday weekends.

POOL RULES
There is NO lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

You are responsible for the behavior and safety of your children in the pool area. Children 14 & under must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult, over age 18, at all times in the pool area.

  • No running or diving.
  • No food, glass containers, smoking/vaping, pets or alcohol allowed inside the pool gates. .
  • Swimwear only. No outerwear allowed in the pool.
  • Untrained persons will be required to wear swim diapers while in pool. Swim diapers are available at the store for purchase.
  • Registered campers/visitors only.
  • We reserve the right to refuse pool use to anyone.

Pool may be closed on occasion due to weather or health and sanitation reasons.


PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
  • No bike riding on sidewalks and/or parking bikes on sidewalks. No bikes may be ridden after dark in any part of the campground
  • No entance into the woods after dark.
  • No smoking/vaping inside campground facilities.
  • No firearms or fireworks.
  • No cutting trees and shrubs or bringing logs in from the woods.
  • No moving fire pits or burning garbage.
  • No unlicensed motorized vehicles on campground property.
  • No vehicle washing or washing of campers by weekend campers.
  • No inappropriate disposal of gray water.
  • No flushing tampons, feminine napkins, baby wipes and such items. Wipes that say they are flushable cause sewer backups.
  • No golf carts, motorized scooters or ATVs.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time: 3:00pm

Everyone must STOP, enter the office and check in upon arrival.

Early check in may be available starting at 12p.m. for $25 with campground permission. Please call the morning of check in to check for availability.

Check out time: 2:00pm

Late check out may be available upon request at a rate of $10 per hour with campground permission.

Campsite must be clean prior to checkout. Please put your garbage in the dumpsters when you leave.


GENERAL POLICIES
Any person(s) found on Cannon Falls Campground who isn't registered and/or without a wristband is subject to Trespassing Laws.

Management reserves the right to add or modify rules without prior notice.

Management and owners assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or losses from any cause. Guest are responsible for the conduct and safety of themselves, their visitors and children at all times.

Management and owners reserve the right to evict anyone, without a refund, who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or endangers the safety of other campers or guests.

Our staff patrols the campground during the day and night to provide any assistance you may need. We provide 24 hour on site management and video surveillance.


PETS
To ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests, please respect the following rules if you bring your pet:

Pet must be kept on a leash and quiet at all times. Please do not let your dog’s dig holes.

No unattended pets kept outside of the camping unit.

Pet owners must clean up after your pet immediately. Dispose of your pet’s waste in a garbage/dumpster; do not put it in a fire pit ($50 clean up fee will be charged if no followed)

Pets are not allowed in pool area or any campground buildings.
