Good camping practices and consideration for your fellow campers will make your stay more enjoyable. Please read the following rules and regulations so you'll know what to expect, and so will your neighbors.

ARRIVAL TIMES
3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

AUTO-COLLECT
A 50 percent deposit is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 3 and under stay free. Pets are welcome.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

CAMPSITE RESERVATIONS
To rent a campsite you must be 21 or older.

Rates are based on one family consisting of two adults and two children per site. Each reservation includes up to two car passes and one camping unit (RV or Tent) per site. The reservation rates allow entry onto Cannon Falls Campground Property and for the use of the facilities.

  • Additional guests per reservation will be charged $6 per adult and $3 per child.
  • Children 3 and younger are free.
  • Additional car pass fee of $2-per day.
  • For an additional fee of $25-per night, a four person tent or smaller, may be used on a site.

Two-night minimum stay on non-holiday weekends with a minimum $50 deposit of total reservation required at time of reservation.

Three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends with a minimum $100 deposit of total reservation required at time of reservation. Weekend rate charged for ALL holiday days.

Rates do not include Minnesota Sales Tax.

All reservations must be paid in full at time of check-in.

A credit card is required to be on file.

We reserve the right to reassign sites if necessary.


CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation requests are received more than 14 days prior to your arrival, you may receive a refund minus a $25 handling fee or you can transfer the reservation for the full amount to use another date.

If cancellation requests are received less than 14 days prior to your arrival, you may receive a refund minus the reservation deposit or you can transfer the reservation for the full amount to use another date.

If cancellation request are received less than 48 hours of your arrival, and/or you fail to show, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

We are not responsible for weather, illness, work schedules or other situations affecting our guests, and therefore we adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.


VISITORS
Registered campers are responsible to see that their visitors are registered and that they comply with all campground rules.

Maximum 4 visitors per site.

Visiting hours are 8:00am to 9:00pm (No visitor entrance after 9:00pm)

ALL VISITORS must STOP, enter the office and register upon arrival.

Overnight-visitors fee is $10 plus tax-per person per night. Children 3 and younger are free.

Day visitors fee is $5 plus tax –per person per day. Children 3 and younger are free.

  • Visitor fee allows entry onto Cannon Falls Campground Property and for the use of the facilities.
  • For the safety of our guests on site, a wristband will be required to be worn for each visitor for the duration of their visit.
  • Over-night visitor(s) wristbands are valid until 11 a.m. the following day.
  • Day visitor(s) wristbands will be valid until 9 p.m.
  • Any visitor age 3 or younger is free and no wristband is required.
  • Visiting vehicles must be registered and have a car pass visible.
  • Unregistered vehicles may be removed from our property at the vehicle owner’s expense.
  • Unregistered guests and/or without a wristband are subject to Trespassing Laws.

QUIET TIME
Quiet time is strictly enforced from 11:30pm until 8:00am.

Loud music is not allowed at any time. Please enjoy your music and allow your neighbors to enjoy their own as well.

Minors must be at their campsite or under adult supervision by 10:00pm.


FIREWOOD & CAMPFIRES
NO firewood is allowed from outside of the campground to help prevent the spread of gypsy moth, emerald ash borer and oak wilt. Please help us protect our trees and protect the beauty of the campground. Enjoy a campfire with your family knowing you are doing your part to protect the environment.

Firewood is available for purchase at the campground. Goodhue County prohibits firewood from leaving Goodhue County due to local tree infestations. Please comply with County regulations.

Campfires may be built only within the facilities metal fire rings and must be put out before retiring or breaking camp.


DISCOUNTS
Discounts and coupons must be mentioned or applied at time of reservation. They cannot be applied after the reservation has been made. Only one coupon or discount may be applied at any time.

Discounts or other promotional offers cannot be combined and are not valid during holiday weekends.


POOL RULES
There is NO lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

You are responsible for the behavior and safety of your children in the pool area. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times in the pool area.

  • No running or diving.
  • No food or glass inside the pool gates.
  • Swimwear only. No outerwear allowed in the pool.
  • Untrained persons will be required to wear swim diapers while in pool. Swim diapers are available at the store for purchase.
  • Registered guests/visitors only.
  • No smoking or pets allowed in the pool area.
  • We reserve the right to refuse pool use to anyone.

Pool may be closed on occasion due to weather or health and sanitation reasons.


PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
  • No bike riding on sidewalks or after dark.
  • No entance into the woods after dark.
  • No smoking inside campground facilities.
  • No firearms or fireworks.
  • No cutting trees and shrubs or bringing logs in from the woods.
  • No moving fire pits or burning garbage.
  • No unlicensed motorized vehicles on campground property.
  • No vehicle washing or washing of campers by weekend campers.
  • No inappropriate disposal of gray water.
  • No flushing tampons, feminine napkins, baby wipes and such items. Wipes that say they are flushable cause sewer backups.
  • No golf carts, motorized scooters or ATVs.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time: 3:00pm

Everyone must STOP, enter the office and check in upon arrival.

For the safety of our guests on site, a wristband will be required to be worn for each guest registered on the reservation for the duration of your stat.

Vehicles are required to have a parking pass visible before entrance to the campground will be permitted.

Registered campers may check in earlier if site is available at no additional cost. Please call to check for availability.

Check out time: 2:00pm

Campsite must be clean prior to checkout. Please put your garbage in the dumpsters when you leave.


GENERAL POLICIES
Any person(s) found on Cannon Falls Campground who isn't registered and/or without a wristband is subject to Trespassing Laws.

Management reserves the right to add or modify rules without prior notice.

Management and owners assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or losses from any cause. Guest are responsible for the conduct and safety of themselves, their visitors and children at all times.

Management and owners reserve the right to evict anyone, without a refund, who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or endangers the safety of other campers or guests.

Our staff patrols the campground during the day and night to provide any assistance you may need. We provide 24 hour on site management and video surveillance.


PETS
To ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests, please adhere to the following rules if you bring your fury friend.
  • Pet(s) must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • Pet(s) must be quiet at all times.
  • Please do not let your dog(s) dig holes.
  • No unattended pet(s) kept outside the camping unit.
  • Pet owners must clean up after your pet immediately. Dispose of your pet(s) waste in garbage or dumpster; do not put pet waste in a fire pit ($50 clean up fee will be charged if not followed)
  • Pet(s) are not allowed inside pool gates or in any campground facilities.
