Weekends: two-night stay - $35 Deposit
Holiday weekends: three-night stay - $50 Deposit

Credit card deposits processed at time of reservation. Deposits, minus a $5 handling fee, are refundable if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation policy is strictly adhered to regardless of circumstances (weather, illness, work schedules or anything else affecting our guests).
